We proudly managed the stage design and content for the esteemed event industry expo, Kongressi Meeting & Events, held at Messukeskus. This dynamic platform also hosted the prestigious Evento Awards ceremony on the second day of the expo.

Kongressi serves as the primary gathering for industry professionals and event organizers in Finland, boasting hundreds of exhibitors. As a key partner for the event, Capital AV spearheaded all screen content for both the main stage and our collaborative booth shared with Pågå.

For the Evento Awards gala ceremony, our involvement extended beyond stage design to include script-writing for the hour-long gala. We crafted an impactful intro-video to kick off the event and produced compelling content and voice-overs for each category and winner unveilings.

As the gala concluded, the festivities continued at Kulttuurikasarmi for the after-party, where we once again curated the stage and space design to ensure an unforgettable experience.
