K-Team Päivät 2025 brought together more than 7,000 attendees at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre for one of Finland’s largest internal corporate events. Capital Creative was responsible for the visual design of all stages and created the LED screen content for the main visual direction, business program and K-Duuni Awards. Capital AV delivered the full audiovisual production for the event, including lighting, video, audio and stage structures.

The event was built around three separate stages, each serving a different part of the program. The main arena combined awards and evening entertainment into one large-scale visual environment. For 2025, the LED architecture was expanded beyond a traditional back wall, continuing along the sides of the stage and bringing the visual identity further into the space.

Our work focused on creating a consistent and flexible screen content system that could support everything from presentations and award moments to high-energy show sequences. The result was a strong visual framework that tied the different stages and program elements together while keeping the event clear, premium and energetic.
