We were honored to spearhead the stage setup and visual content creation for the Helsinki New Year's celebrations at Kansalaistori. With performances by renowned artists like Vilma Alina, BESS, and Käärijä, the experience was nothing short of delightful. Our stage design had to accommodate 70,000 live attendees while ensuring seamless broadcast for nearly 800,000 viewers on YLE channels.

Throughout the project, we handled stage and show design, collaborated on scriptwriting, and produced all screen content in close consultation with the performing artists. Additionally, we expertly programmed and operated the lighting and video systems.

Technical production was expertly managed by the outstanding team at Capital AV. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the incredible team who braved temperatures as low as -20 degrees to make this event a success. And we extend a huge thank you to our client for entrusting us with this endeavor!
